«Diez Momentos en mi Vida» in urban spaces
What is important? What has been? From today’s perspective, what are the ten events that have marked my life? Faced with this question, what are the choices made by people of all ages and mixed backgrounds?
Mats Staub is pursuing his project «Ten Important Events In My Life» by extending it, since January 2017, to all Spanish-speaking countries. Guided by a protocol drawn up by the artist, everyone is invited to take part in the project via the diezmomentos.net website and to observe a moment of reflection on their own journey through life.
Initiated in October 2017 on the occasion of Buenos Aires International Festival (FIBA) in Argentina and the Bienal de Artes Mediales (BAM) in Santiago, Chile, a rolling gallery of posters is still on tour, displaying various testimonials selected from the website in urban spaces.
