Swiss photographer and filmmaker Yann Gross (1981) is the author of «Horizonville» (2010), «Kitintal» (2010) and «The Jungle Book» (2016), an incursion into the contemporary Amazon, which received the Dummy Book Award at the Rencontres d’Arles in 2015. The ZUM festival invited the photographer to participate in a lecture on aspects of Anthropology and History focusing on his research in the Colombian, Brazilian and Peruvian Amazon. The first edition of the ZUM festival presented a series of lectures, conversations and workshops bringing together Brazilian and international photographers and filmmakers.
